Past Life Regression
(PLR)

A typical Past Life Regression lasts about two hours. The timing is flexible; I continue working with my clients until they indicate they have completed what they came to do. I charge $300 for a Past Life Regression.

I see clients in Colorado, Wisconsin and Florida as well as facilitating PLRs on ZOOM.

History of PLR

The use of hypnotic regression to bring a subject back to a purported past life began in the late 19th century in France. The idea of reincarnation was essentially non-Western, an idea imported from the East and the Hindu as well as Buddhist religious beliefs.

Franz Mesmer, a German physician in the late 1770s, and his associates observed that as part of his “magnetic cure” the client may need to go through some kind of healing crisis, by bringing to a head dammed-up emotions and thoughts. This has been known as the cathartic method since the late nineteenth century.

The Society for Psychical Research was founded at the end of the nineteenth century in London by a group of scholars, philosophers, spiritualists and scientists who were intent on saving religious values by basing them on scientific evidence. Their goal was to investigate, expose or document those phenomena that indicated a life after death. They found that the study of reincarnation is intrinsically involved with the study of psychic phenomena in general.

In the 1930s, JB Rhine at Duke University began a systematic scientific study of parapsychology and essentially converted the research to a psychological discipline and ESP became the forefront of all parapsychological research. The modern renaissance of interest in reincarnation begins in 1956 with the publication of Morey Bernstein’s book The Search for Bridey Murphy. Only four years later Dr. Ian Stevenson, a psychiatrist at the University of Virginia, published his scholarly report on “The Evidence for Survival from Claimed Memories of Former Incarnations.” It served as a prelude to the gradual emergence of reincarnation as a topic of import to parapsychology as a whole. He brought respectability to the field having dedicated his career to the study of reincarnation and its research.

It was an amazing experience!  Thank you again for your expertise in the field of past life regression and life between lives. I gained some truly wonderful insight into who I truly am. I have meditated each day since our meeting.

I’m great feeling good about what I experienced in our session. Continuing to unravel meaning and purpose. I’m loving trusting my knowing and feelings rather than defaulting to thought. Thanks for the journey.

Thank you for guiding me though this PLR last week. I’ve gotten many insights as I’ve processed this experience.

Oh, thank you so much! I was on such a high yesterday from our session I didn’t even notice. What an absolute gift you have to be able to help people do that. It’s been incredible and I truly feel so at peace, happy and loved. I’m excited to see what happens when I do let my light shine!

Thank you again for such a neat experience! Wow! I keep thinking about it and am just in shock by all of it.

Hypnosis and PLR

Hypnosis is an effective method by which attention can be channeled away from the outside world, permitting the subject to enter into an active dialogue with information stored in the subconscious mind. This expanded state of consciousness is achieved through a deep state of hypnosis. In this state you become the objective observer and memories are retrieved from the subconscious mind where many feelings and deeper memories are stored.

There is great learning to be had from this extraordinary process. Many people have found their life orientation changed following their regression sessions. It is an opportunity to confront one’s true self, naked and unadorned, to see the essence of one’s “stuck-ness” in a single story.

A hypnosis trance is not how most people imagine it would be. The conscious mind needs to be set aside, allowing you to slip down into the depth of a trance. There is that part of everyone that is judging all that you do, and this part will “chat,” saying things like “I don’t think I’m in a trance…” and “this is too weird; it can’t really be happening.” This chatter prevents you from letting go and entering the trance fully. The setting aside of the conscious mind really is a decision to “let go” and trust the process. Some of my clients do not “see” or visualize their journey, but they do know what is going on. They have an intuitive sense of their surroundings and experiences. Some get a snapshot vision that is holographic in terms of information, others “just know.”
